Free Shipping Offer Limitations and Exclusions

We sometimes offer specials that include Free Shipping on all or certain products for a limited time. Shipping and handling fee is waived on paid Retail orders received with valid entered/applied promo code in checkout area of website and will be applied towards items shipped  in the contiguous 48 United States. HI, AK, PR, US Territories, International, and Canadian orders are excluded. No other sales discounts or promotions can be applied. We reserve the right to send shipments via USPS, FedEx or UPS standard ground. You are responsible for non-standard shipping charges such as special handling surcharges and oversize fees (where indicated), Truck Freight fees, expedited shipping, hazardous materials charges, etc. Offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Items requiring LTL shipping are not included.  Orders received and placed within the shopping cart  that require LTL shipping will not be processed and or released until customer is contacted and payment for such (LTL, truck freight, surcharges and or oversize fees) are paid in full. In Stock items only. Not valid on previous purchases, exchanges, special orders, or gift cards.  Dealer orders and additional promo codes are exempt from the free shipping offer. One promo code per order per customer; this applies to free shipping offers and percentage off pricing promotions. Every attempt to ship in-stock orders received prior to 12:00pm central will be made, however due to overwhelming popularity of this offer and USPS or UPS business hours, some orders will ship at next available outbound ship date. Domestic Shipping

Usual shipping methods are via UPS unless otherwise requested when your order is placed or deemed necessary due to package size, restrictions or discretion. We offer daily shipping with daily pickup from UPS.  In most cases, in-stock orders will ship same day provided order/s are received prior to 12pm central standard time, however during peak business, sales or shipping times some orders will ship later. If you require products delivered by a certain date, please call Customer Service to verify your product availability. Some products that can be ordered online may not be in stock. We do not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers.

It is our continued effort to work with shipping companies to provide our dealers and customers with the best pricing and most efficiently routed deliveries.  Our main objective is to only use shipping companies whom offer optimum service at an economical means for all.

Purchaser is responsible for order tracking and acceptance for delivery.  HRP/Streeter is not responsible for shipping exceptions through the carrier - this includes items left for delivery unattended.  Issues with deliveries, missing items or request for claim must be reported to HRP/Streeter within 5 business days.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling on all orders is non-refundable and based on your order subtotal. Additional surcharges may be applied (including post delivery) for incorrectly entered information/misrepresentation on entered addresses.   Sorry, we do not send orders COD.  

Drop Ship Orders are subject to additional fees for processing and handling.

We reserve the right to require a package ship to billing address of credit card.

We reserve the right to not ship or process an order for any reason.

We are not responsible for miscalculated shipping charges via our website and as such have the right to hold or cancel any order/s that shipping rates are not covered after actual processing is done.

Shipping companies charge additional fees for large and heavy packages which will be the responsibility of purchaser.  Such items may include kart stands, stackers, lifts, sprint car wings in kit form, tire & jug racks, etc.

Orders shipping to or set for pick up will be charged applicable taxes as required by state law.

Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

Any and all reductions/adjustments or discounts in regards to shipping costs on an order will be refunded to a customer in the form of an online gift card.  We do not give these discounts or reduced pricing adjustments back to a credit card or net account.  This applies for retail and dealer orders.

Special Pricing, Sales, Discount Offers

Advertised sales, discounts, specials and other offers subject to change or be discontinued without notice or exceptions.  We are not responsible for incorrectly entered discount codes or gift card codes.  We reserve the right to cancel any order.  Non HRP, GHI and Streeter manufactured products may not be included in advertised specials and discounts. Dealers are not eligible for these online promotional discounts. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount/promo code per order per customer.

Order Handling & Processing Fee, Drop Ship Fee

A minimum of $4.00 per package may be applied to orders requiring additional handling, packaging or shipping services.  Wings shipped in kit form (tubed) may have an additional $35.00 fee for packaging materials.  All Drop Ship Orders are assessed a minimum $7.50 fee per order for processing and handling.

Truck Freight Fees

While LTL shipping may be quoted via the website, it is in the best interest of all parties that LTL shipments are re-quoted and verified.  Upon receipt of your order, if determined to be best shipped via LTL, you will be contacted by an HRP representative.  You may also contact us for shipping assistance at (262) 457-5015

A minimum of $30.00 per pallet shipped will be charged to cover material, packaging and additional handling. A minimum of $40 per pallet will be charged to any LTL freight pickup setup by customer/receiving party. LTL freight order pickup setup by customer/receiving party will not be released until order is paid in full and a copy of BOL from carrier is forwarded to our shipping department. No order will be released without a copy of BOL unless otherwise approved.

If your order from HRP/Streeter requires or is requested to ship via freight (LTL) truck, please be aware of the following information:

There are three types of delivery options in freight shipping- residential, business and terminal. We would suggest that a residential delivery is used only as a last option because trucking companies will charge additional fees for residential deliveries as well as charging additional for limited access and lift gate requirement.  These fees are substantial and beyond our control.

Business deliveries are the prime option for deliveries though unloading is the sole responsibility of the customer- so having dock access, forklift usage, and/or a group of individuals to assist in the unloading is crucial, as freight companies have been known to charge-back for additional time a driver waits for items to be unloaded.

The third option for deliveries, and one we have also had success in using is terminal pick up.  This is defined as the shipment leaving our facility and being delivered to the nearest terminal in your area used by the specific trucking company.  A terminal will normally notify you of the shipments arrival, which you would have 48 hours to pick the item up in order to circumvent any additional fees. Again, this option works well for those customers with limited delivery access and/or not wishing to pay additional fees for residential or lift gate delivery.

Do not falsify your delivery location information!  From time to time customers provide delivery addresses and claim they are true commercial businesses on commercially zoned property when they are not.  In the event that this occurs GHI/HRP/Streeter would likely be billed for residential delivery and lift gate fees from the carrier.  Intentional or not, by falsifying their delivery location information, a customer forfeits all ability to dispute residential fees charged by the carrier.  Some carriers charge up to $150 for these additional fees- so please have the absolute correct delivery information detailed/confirmed and avoid any delays or additional charges.

Any and all additional fees or surcharges added to an order are of the sole responsibility of the customer.  Any charge-backs to GHI/HRP/Streeter from freight shipments on customer orders will be charged to the customer/ordering dealer.  GHI/HRP/Streeter is not responsible for additional charges, freight damage, late deliveries on non-guaranteed shipments, claims or lost items upon departure from our dock.  We are committed to working together to keep freight costs affordable and ship times as efficient as possible for every order, though please be aware that ultimately it is the customers’ responsibility to provide correct information in regards to shipments (ie: address, email, contact number) and all initial and post charges shall they occur.

Foreign Shipping


Handling on all foreign orders, classified as those shipping outside of the contiguous 48 United States(APO\FPO) is assessed separately per order and additional shipping, packaging and handling charges may apply above and beyond the quoted rate within the website purchase.

You will receive quotes for shipping during checkout and you can select from a number of different carriers and services. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 United States.


All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The invoice must reflect actual product prices for parts shipped. Customs duties and taxes will be billed to you by the shipping company at the time of delivery.

Damaged Items From Shipping:

Damaged items MUST be reported to us in writing (via email) or by telephone (262) 457-5015 within 36 hours after the delivery; this includes any packages delivered with our without a delivery signature required. It is highly suggested to contact us as soon as possible to report damage.

Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. HRP / Streeter is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend removing any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product, before the driver leaves. In addition please count the product before signing the Delivery Receipt. 

If the product is damaged in any way, DO NOT REFUSE THE PRODUCT. Refusing product by the customer does not recuse the customer of re-deliver or return shipping costs. 

If damage did occur during transit, any and all damage must be noted on the Bill of Receipt in detail and signed by the driver- It is of great significance that any damage be noted on the Bill of Receipt and acknowledged with signature of the driver.  A copy of the Bill of Receipt will need to be emailed or snail mailed to HRP / Streeter in order for a damage claim to be filed with the trucking company, on our customers behalf, in order for replacement product to be sent to the customer. 

Please photograph the damaged product on the truck and off the truck for evidence that will assist with a product damage claim. Damaged product may/must be held in the customer's possession up to 2 months. The shipping company has the right to inspect and/or claim the product if a damage claim is filed and or paid by them.

Return and Credit Information:

All returns will require an RGA (returned goods authorization) number within 30 Days from original purchase date.  Contact HRP/Streeter at (262) 457-5018 for an RGA and applicable return methods.  The product/s requested for return must be unused, unaltered from its original state. Any items returned that do not meet that criteria may be subjected to additional handling fees and or refusal of return. No returns on an electrical or special order items.  All items returned are subject to minimum of 10% up to 20% re-stocking charge for handling, packaging and service charges. HRP/Streeter does not cover shipping costs on any returned item/s, shipping costs and arrangements are the sole responsibility of you. Item/s that are damaged on return shipping will not be accepted nor refund given. Special ordered items are not accepted for return.  Please note that HRP/Streeter only issues online gift card account credit for returned items and/or price adjustments.  This policy does not apply to product returned due to HRP/Streeter error.
